Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before project commencement, with remaining balance due upon project completion.

All fees are non-refundable once services have been delivered. Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.

Upon full payment, you retain ownership of custom AI solutions developed specifically for your business. We retain rights to our proprietary technology, frameworks, and methodologies.

You grant us permission to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, with appropriate confidentiality protections.

We handle your business data with the utmost care and in compliance with applicable data protection laws. Our data practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy.

You remain responsible for ensuring you have proper authorization to share any data with us for service delivery purposes.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

AI systems may have limitations and require ongoing monitoring. We provide best-effort support but cannot guarantee specific business outcomes.

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date.

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for breach of these terms or non-payment of fees.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where JoT Vision AI operates. Any disputes will be resolved through appropriate legal channels.

We may update these terms with notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
